You'll be fine. Your RBC will be high which means your immune system will be a little more susceptable but you should be fine. You can take antibiotics while on gear.

drink alot of 100% cranberry juice.

That seems like it is so damn hard to find anymore. Most of them are cranberry juice cocktail which is about 20% cranberry. Alot of others are apple juice mixed in and say 100% juice, they just don't specify 100% cranberry juice. What U.S. brands are out there still?

your right you really have to look. I think welches is 100%. Not sure to be honest. You have to read each one, some say "100% Juice" but its not 100% cranberry juice. look closely!

hope this helps

yeah no point in training right now since you'll just start moving backwards instead of making gains or maintaining. your body will need the rest, so just stay on the gear, take whatever antibiotics you need, and then hit it hard when you're healthy. i have a giant bubble suit i wear when my wife gets sick.

Why does high RBC mean a more susceptable immune system? Thanks ahead of time.

RBC is your red blood cell count. It gets measured in a concentration metric compared to white blood cells (WBC) & platelets. WBC is the blood cell responsible for fighting infection. Platelets are responsible for clotting the blood so that you do not bleed internally or externally. If your concentration of red blood cells are high, of course the other 2 have to be low in concentration by nature of the metric. If your WBC is low in concentration, it takes longer to recover from illness and also makes you more susceptable to infection.

Cranberry concentrate capsules huh? That's a really good idea. I didn't even know they made such a thing. Thanks, I'll have to check them out. Do you know if these caps also help in kidney/liver function like the juice supposedly does?

I found this...:)

Nutrition
Cranberries exhibit a level of tannins, in addition to antioxidants. Tannins have anti-clotting properties, and may help reduce both urinary tract infections and the amount of dental plaque-causing bacteria in the mouth, thus being a prophylaxis for gingivitis.[3]
