weeks 1-4 bdol 35mg ed
weeks 1-12 test e 500mg ew
weeks 7-12 tren a 75mg eod
weeks 10-15 anavar 60mg ed
weeks 10-15 prov 50mg ed
k this is my second cycle (first was deca/test/bdol and winny)
im startin on 210 with 16% bf aiming for 195 with 8-10%bf fall of 6-8% bf i think is realistic so hopefully il get there
k im lifting m,w,f, back/bi/rear delt, chest/shoulders/tri, legs/calvs and abs.
with HIt for 10-20min after each wieght ses and 2 steady state on xtraner or bike on t, thu for 1hr 30mins.
diet will be 300g pro, 120g carbs and 80g fat. plit over roughly 8 meals
im startin on the 24jan so cheers for advicea ny1 gave me

trying to loose 15 lbs on a cycle with dbol isnt happening man, i think your training days are a little on the minimal side, i would be going 5 days a week if i were you. will you please rephrase this "with HIt for 10-20min after each wieght ses and 2 steady state on xtraner or bike on t, thu for 1hr 30mins." i have no clue what you just said. i would bump up the carbs, and if your trying to burn fat i would lower that 80 grams of fat, seems a little high to me.
First off change the d-bol to t-bol 6-8 weeks..
Add winny/tren/var at the end...I would shorten the first half and then extend the second half...
Do your carbs in the morning and more proteins later..
Cardio 20 minutes every other day...Cardio,Cardio,Cardio...
You could try eca or clen/T-3 for the fat loss...
Eat clean and often..Drink plenty of water...
And most important Clomid for your P.C.T. 2 weeks after your last injection..

i know the dbol aint the greatest on a cutter but im cant be bothered to pay the extra cash for the tbols and it is only water weight that you ar eputting on which comes off in pct at the latest plus i will e running adex throughtout so these should play a part in that
my diet in split into 50/20/30 pro/carb/fat which is the best ratio for me on a cut it comes out at 2200cals my maintaince is 3000cals which puts me under by 800cals a day which is 5600cals a week so this plus cv should mean i can loose 2lbs a week without much muscle loss.
if fat loss slows i will add t3 i have eph il be using that but i cant deal with the clen sides i.e. the shakes so i aint going to run this.
so your saying to run the cycle like
week 1-6 tbol
weeks 1-12 test e
weeks 7-12 tren a
weeks 7-12 anavar
weeks7-12 prov
i dont mind runnin the tren/var/prov like that i would like more of a brea betwent he orals if i choose to run the tren/var/prov together i wouldnt runa na oral kckstart i woudl fornt load the test @ 750 for week 1 and week 2 so m,w,t 250mg each shot.
Run your tren/anavar past the test..or shorten your test and change it with prop...That way there you'll still be getting your test but it will help with the cutting part of your cycle.....
1-6 t-bol or d-bol...you can run t-bol longer
1-10 test e
9-15 tren/var/prop
17-21 clomid
I feel your not giving your self enough time for either phase of your cycle that's why you need to extend it or do a bulking cycle first and then a cutter next....I believe your asking alot from this cycle as far as a little bulking and a little cutting...When I do this type of cycle I do 12 weeks of each in the same cycle...I'm also 47 and have been at this since 1980 or 81 and have alot of cycles under my belt....I hope this helps you..Good Luck!
Front loading with an oil based test is a waste....It can't happen...You need to front load with prop or suspension..Something with very short esters..Some people use drol instead...I personally like to do drol at the end for a last and final kick in a bulking cycle...
Also your training needs to be stepped up a notch....In a bulking phase I do lower reps 6-8 on the heavy days and lighter reps 10-12 on the the lighter days...I'd say probably 60% on the light days...I hit the big body parts twice a week and the smaller parts once a week...Chest,legs but I don't over train my back..Nor do I do deads any more.....Forced reps are benficial on the heavy days..not the lighter days...What your doing is conditioning the muscle and keeping them strecthed for the heavier days....Carb up for the heavier days you'll need it....I'll carb up 2 days for lifting heavy and the lighter day I'll clean up the diet a little more....It's essential you carb up for the heavy days..You will see a dramatic change in your weigths and reps by week 5-6....
Now for getting ripped it's the opposite...... Your heavy days will be reps of 10-15 with cardio after your work out so you'll have the energy to work out and the cardio will work when your carbs are some what depleted...You can't burn fat when your carbed up remember that...Now your diet will change to more of a protein than carbs...But you still need carbs..but clean carbs...On your bulking part do what you have to do for the carbs...Shakes or what ever eat what ever you can get your hands on....No sweets....
The important part of your of your cutting phase will be diet....clean,clean,clean and plenty of water...I hear alot of advice from people on the boards but alot of them fail to emphasize...water 1 gallon e/d..
On your lighter day of the cutting part do reps of 20-25 and burn that muscle..The gear will be kicking in big time...You'll feel by your 2nd set it should feel like your body part will explode..That's when you know your working it right...Sets are depending on how you feel you should do at least 5 sets to failure...I don't go by the week I go by the muscle group....Some guys do M.T.W.F.S....I do it by the body part i don't go by the week in other words chest on every Monday,legs on Tuesday...That's total bullshit...your body can't recover enough do do everything in 1 week....You'll need to keep a log..Don't be embarassed...It goes something like this...
Monday..Chest/tri's...Tuesday...Legs/calves/abs..Wed...back/shoulder's/bi's..Thursday...rest or abs....Friday...Light chest/tri's....Sat...Light Legs...Sunday rest or abs...Monday...back/shoulders/bi's...What this does is it gives your muscle group enough time to repair itself....Sleep and rest is just as important as working out....I don't go by the week I go by working the group and giving my body the rest it needs for the next HEAVY work out....It's impossible to hit the muscle and recoup in a week....That's why you need a log....I think people with no experience get into this rut that's why they get stagnant because they don't have a clue.....Tyr it...it works and it even works naturally to...yes the gains are not as quick but your body reacts to the resting part of that routine....
Try It For 1 Cycle...I promise you it works....Just don't get into that rut of the same body part on the same day of every week....

Hey brother, good morning!!! I've been reading your cycle/training/and diet tips like a congregational being reads a bible. I will continue to do this untill and after it all sinks in. You're one of the older guys and so am I. I'll be 38 early next year. Plain and simple, I want your recommendation for a third bulking cycle. This includes diet, training, and gear. I'm all ears (LISTEN NOT JUST HEAR) and heart (LEARN AND TRAIN). Bring it dude!!! I'm 5'8", 205lbs., and 14 or so BFP.

i know it looks like i am running a bulker then a cutter but i am running the whole thing as a cutter!!
dbols arent great but as they sya you can cut on anything im going to be running a'dex thru the cycle this hsould help with the bloat then with the prov/ var in the end of the cycle it should shift any wayer that is left
as for training
i know i only train 3 days a week i have varied it from 3/4/5 day splits to training 3 dyas on to 1 off and reapeat then 2 on 2 off and repaeat and i do best on a bulker with a 4 day split and on a cutter on a 3 day split so i can add in the cardio i have tried having lighter days so more as active reovery during powelifting times so i have say done heavy legs then light legs the day after with some cv this helps a lot with DOMS.
i will run this then

week 1-12 test e
week 1-12 adex @ 1mg eod
week 7-12 tren
week 9-15 anavar

y dont you stick the light day closer to the heavy day and use it act an active recovery session, just out of interest?
for a light legs session would you say sprints and pylos would work quite well?
then you say after the 5 weights sesssions do steady carsio or HIT cardio, how how long and what hr range would you say to keep to?
Rest....The light day is more for getting the soreness out of the muscle and working the tendons also...I wouldn't use the proviron unless you need it..4 weeks of d-bol is not enough time...You won't feel anything till week 4-5...I'm hoping your running tren a not e?...If your looking for a serious cutter then stop the test e at week 8-10 and try tren/prop/var that's about the best cutter there is....I like winny/tren/prop there's not a better cutter out there other than growth
Legs...I'm a squater....Again heavy squats buried in the whole ass touching the floor for 6-8...No sissy squats...Tom Platz showed me how to squat and I'll take that to my grave...He takes it to the bottom...pauses and then drives upward...that there and monkey growth hormone and your all set...
Light day would be keeping your feet closer together and doing sets of 15...Hack squats are great also...Feet close together works the quads better further apart you use alot of hip and ass remember that...
I'm stupid what's a dex...do you mean armidex? If so mix it with your test...

i started squatting to the bottom my number splumited but i feel the effect.
have you tried having the lighter days closer to the heavy days??

how much cv do you do after each session? on a cutter

You could use the proviron that way...the tren is pretty hard on the system...I would say after your last injection start clomid 2 weeks after your last injection...I'm also a test guy...You could use prop with the tren and var and that would be a really good cutter...Week 16 clomid for 3-4 weeks and your good to go.....
The heavy day on the squat is for mass.....the lighter day is for definition and to keep everything greaesd up so to speak...You do your assitance work on the light day...leg extensions sets of 15-20...leg curls 20-25....calves should always be high reps 25 minimum......I never got anything out of leg presses but that's just me....I've always felt it was for people who were pussy's and didn't want to spend the time at the squat racks...But now I'm 47 and I'm a big pussy as well...But I paid my dues under the rack....My personal best single squat was 745 at 263 lbs and my best set of 5's was 685-5...with a super suit and wraps....That's when finaject and bolasterone was the king of the hill....I was also using 7 drol e/d I was excessive...
