In Alins adv comp cycle he has you taking weeks 1-6 clen at 2 on 2 off and weeks 3-8 the t3.I thought they were supposed to be taken together.Could someone help me understand why?Thanks

Sorry guys I read it wrong.My bad.One other question though.Is it worth including clen in your pct?I have some extra and about ready to start my 4 week pct before starting my diet and run for my show april 28th.Just curious.

It is thought to have anticatabolic qualities so it is up to you...Couldn't hurt IMO...I've used it many times but never was looking for that side of it...All I know is I never lost muscle while on it...:D

Hey gixxer, could you give me info on how you will use clen and Cytomel (t3)?

I use clen for two weeks at 120mcg a day. You need to see what your tolerance for it is and adjust it accordingly. After those two weeks I take T3 at one 25mcg tablet a day for four days and increase it by one tab every four days till I get to 100mcg for four days. Then I come down the same way I went up. (1111222233334444333322221111) Then you can go back to clen for two weeks if you desire.

Can I talke Cytomel for only 2 weeks? I see its every 4th day you increase until you reach 100mg and then backwards, but does it have to be that long?

Ok lets see if I can hit all the questions at once...
1. Your body adjusts to to Clenbuterol increadibly fast (about 2 weeks) which makes it useless past a 2 week period, by doing 2 on 2 off you allow your b2 receptors to recharge which makes the clen more effective when you start it back up, you can take ketofin/zediten with clenbuterol which rebuilds your b2 receptors while you sleep each night so you could do the clen for an extended period, even 6 weeks straight.
2. Clenbuterol has anti-catabolic properties which makes it usefull for perserving muscle when used in PCT, it will also help you cut some water that you may have put on during your cycle.
3. T3 is best used in a 4-6 week phase, pyramiding up and down, starting at 25-40mcg and going up to 100mcg's at the most, its important to pyramid down as well to prevent any sort of hyper-thyroid disorder (making your thyroid not function properly and being forced to be on medication for the rest of your life)... I like doing a 6 week cycle of it with clen for the first and last 2 weeks of it.
