I have read you don't want to ramp dosage of the OT, so I can deduce that dosage should stay consistent. On the other hand, what about non-training days or light training days? If I'm on 40mg/ed @ 6wks let's say- and let's say I have 3 heavy days of lifting, and 3-4 days of varying boxing training (pretty intense) and/or light not-trying-to-kill-myself lifting. I have read about guys who cut the dose in half on light days, and not at all on non-training days. But if the dosage is best being consistent, I am at a loss- Bottom line: Is it ok to not dose at all on non-training days? Is it ok to cut dosage in half on stay busy doing light stuff days? Does 40mg/ed mean literally every day? If this is my first cycle, and I am 5' 11" 182lbs, is 40mg/ed appropriate? Could I get away with 30mg, or just go 50mg? Thank you for your help, AlinShop experts- Smartasses need not reply.

I would run it continuously at 40-50mg/ed wk1-6, regardless of workout days on/off.
