im not experienced with HGH yet, but i dont see why it wouldnt help speed up recovery and itll definately help burn bf. just make sure you're cleared to start liftin again if it hasnt been very long since your surgery.

how recent was your surgery? are you thru PT? DO you hqave full range of motion?

I smacked up my left shoulder bad in a car accident 5 yrs ago. it took a long time to be 100% (I would say close to nine months).

Your shoulders is involved in every muscle group so be sure your ready to lift. I dont know much about HGH but you just need to make sure your ready

my 2 cents...

and welcome!

Your right(The asshole part) if that's the same black that would try to talk shit to bod1(however knows way more than black and would kick his ass) ...

Anyways not sure how much the GH is gonna help you type of healling...It is exp. enough that I wouldn't use it but someone else will chime in...You'd be better off with the light lifting and seeing how you feel...

This is ridiculous and totally uncalled for... My playground doesn't allow these kinds of antics... and as of this post... you only have 8... and NOTHING to contribute...

play fair or go home  OR be a man and apologize for your ignorance... HGH WILL play a part in the repair of tissues....

:) Have a nice day :)

WELCOME TO THE BOARD... very sorry you had surgery... time heals all wounds... well, kind of...:p

Running HGH and test AND maintaining a GOOD diet will trim fat... but isn't going to totally repair much... MAYBE...

You need to be very patient with you body so it has time to heal itself... which sounds like you are... I think you should concentrate on strengthening your muscle... to support the tendons and joints :)

Take your time to read up on HGH and test... knowledge is key!!

Welcome to the board. As others have said, light lifting with HGH would be fine; just pay attention to how your body reacts and take it slow. There's no use risking re-injuring yourself too soon. Make sure you heal completely. Good luck bro

Yes, you are on the right track. You might also want to try a 21 day cycle of Alin's Aflutop in the middle of your GH cycle. Many people will mention Deca, but in extensive injuries as your's it mearly masks the pain which of course allows you to re-injure or cause more damage because you are not aware of the strain. Wait until it heals for 3-4 months, then administer some Deca.

HGH does indeed speed the healing process. It also fights attrophy/deterioration from lack of use as it is introduced to AIDs and other bed ridden patients. The main reason HGH was derived was for skeletal/muscular repair. NOT to get big.

Diet alone will trim the fat. You watch TV don't ya? Abdominals and obliques while you vege out on some carrots and celery!!!

what about the repairing tendons?

Do the ab crunches and side twists very lightly at first and gradually increase reps and sets on them. You will be amazed after the healing process is over.
There are other things you can do also while watching TV. Do you have a fleshy coaster???!!!! LOL

trimjim, I don't know what Taichi is trying to tell ya here the way he quoted ya above, but Kaiser has given you the best information...

I would not use anything until fully recovered. Gear and HGH may make you feel better than you really are, and cause more problems.

Other member know my position on injury and rehab issues. But it is valid to tell you.

AAS can help you heal but it is not recommended because you can get the false impression that it is 100% healed and further down the years it will become chronic or worse needing a second surgery.

It is best to let it heal on its own and then after you haver recovered full mobility start working on evening the strenght between the arms and shoulders. THEN you can gear up and test drive the shoulder.
