Anyone know the correct daily dose of Anavar?

I was reading somewhere that said average dose of anavar should be 80mg for the first 4 weeks then 40mg for the last 8 weeks. That seems kind of high to me but ive never done Var. I like the type of gains you get ,strength,lean mass,low toxicity to the liver, sounds good to me I just dont know the daily dose. Thanks Brick

for a male athlete 0.125 mg/ day is acceptable.

0.125mg per pound,,,acceptable maybe,,,but have found in real world experience that should be doubled.

dont take less than 40 mg ed but ive herd of people doing over 100mgs ed. i would agree with the guys that said 40-80mg
