Synthelamin B12

If this has been answered before, please ignore my ignorance. I realize synthelamin is injectible B-12. Do you shoot it into the muscle or sub-q? :confused: Does it mix well with oil based aas? Thanks for your replies in advance.

You can use it both IM or SubQ...I do it IM some do it SubQ...You could prob. mix with the oil based but I just do it by itself...

Bump Alin,

Just be careful and keep steady pressure while pushing it “im�or you will give yourself a hell of a sore muscle. The 12 is water based and flies out of the syringe with almost no pressure. I have found it better to draw the oil in first then draw the 12 in on top of it so you push it first.

I prefer it SQ with a 30g needle. You feel nothing.
