I have only used Milk thistle so I will only comment on it. You can get it at any local herbal store or GNC. Take 800 to 1,000 ED while on your Orals and a few weeks after words if you want.

milk thistle and I have gotten something called liveraid from walgreen the other day. It's B12, liver hydrolysate with 17 amino acids and some other stuff. seems to actually work well along with the milk thistle.

Marclaw NO it isnt a cleanse, there are many toxic things we are exposed to in our lifes, these toxins build up in the liver, the liver is a filter and it needs to be cleaned 2 times per year just like the oil filter in your car, during a cleanse you actually give yourself diarrea, during this time all the toxins and gallstones are dumped

I'm not trying to be a pain in the ass anaholic but what is a zapper? I've heard of it mentioned but I can't find any lit on it. I'm starting to get concerned about the health of my kidneys and liver after all of the partying and gear I did in College. the next step would be to detoxify the kidneys, this is done with herbs they consist of the following
1)hydrangea root (shredded)
2)gravel root(shredded)
3)marshmallow root (shredded)
4)fresh parsley
5) goldenrod tincture
6)ginger capsules
7)uva ursi capsules
8)vitamin B6 tablet
9)magnesium tablet
take about half cup of each root and soak them in about 10 cups water then after a couple hours bring it to a boil, strain it add more water and bring that to a boil and strain it, at the same time boil some parley in 10 cups of water run that trough a strainer too, (you will have enough there to last a few days)
i always reboil it in the morning it taste better hot,pour about half root water and half the parsley water in to a glass and add 20 drops of goldenrod ticture and sweeten as needed i use equell, take 1 ginger capsule with a meal 3 times per day, uva ursi 1 with breakfast and 2 with dinner, B6 1 per day and magnesium 2 at bed time, also the magnesium will help raise your PH which is another important thing.all of these things are boughten from san francisco herb company, except the parsely is boughton at the grocery store.
the liver cleanse is done like this
things needed
1)epsom salt
2)oilive oil
3)fresh pink grapefruit
4)clean jar with a lid
pick a day like saturday for the cleanse since it gives you diarrea
eat a no fat/no protien for breakfast and lunch
do not eat anything after 2 oclock
6:00 pm mix 1 tbs epsom salt in 3/4 cup water and drink it
8:00 pm mix 1 tbs epsom salt in 3/4 cup water and drink it
9:45 pour 1/2 cup measured olive oil in the clean jar, squeze the grapefruit by hand into the measuring cup, remove pulp with a fork,you should have 1/2 cup 3/4 cup is better, add this to the olive oil, close jar and shake hard
10:00 pm drink the potion you have just mixed, lie down immediately
next morning- upon awakening drink your third dose of epsom salts, but not before 6:00 am
2 hours later take your fourth and last dose of epsom salts
you may start to eat lightly in a couple hours and should be fully recovered by dinner
