I have cycled with both but i feel I got better results with omnadren than with sustanon. what do you guys think

Best results I have had so far is hands down Sust. But for me I use it ED and it's awesome.

How many times did you inject the Sust? It's a mixer of slow and fast acting test so the best way to get the effects of it is to dictate it's use on the fastest acting component which is prop. By doing it ED then you will have much better blood levels, less sides, and take advantage of the faster acting esters.

500 per week is fine as long as you are making gains then don't re-invent the wheel. Just keep going until your gains stop. Many times peoples gains stop because of the lack of food they are putting into there body. They can have there diet down and gain 30 lbs on one cycle but they need to compensate for this larger weight and therefore up the amount of food.

You can either preload your pins or get a vial and dump all the sust in that.

You will need to do the math either way. For expample. If you are doing 500mg of sust per week then divide this by the number of shot days you will have. EOD will leave you with 4. so for each shot you will be injecting 125mg 4 times per week. This will be 1/2 a 250mg amp. Hope this helps.
