Thinking of giving this a try, I only hear great things about it. What dosage should I go with? Their website says 2ml every 3 to 4 days, is this the norm?

If you start to get headaches or feel like your blood pressure has gotten higher, back off your dosage. B12 increases red blood cell production and can cause blood pressure to rise.

it took a couple of weeks for me to notice anything but when i did i couldn't get enough food and i felt great...in my opinion it's a great product! :)

Bump K1 and maybe try loading the first week at around 1mm ED...
