Lifting Pics:some old, some new ones

got some pictures uploaded finally. the bench is from last winter. 495 for 3 reps by myself, then my partner justin pulled me through 3 more. shrugs are from tonight with 815 for 8 reps. tried to get a picture right at the top of one of the reps but he couldnt time it just right. also picture of my tricep but keep in mind i only powerlift and dont train for size or defenition so be gentle its my first time lol :D im 320 in the shrug pic and the tricep at 5 foot 11. oh and my arms are 23 inches so i guess i kinda got the size. last 2 pics are of my 2 partners justin(in the red shirt at 250) and big joe(yellow shirt at 240) they're pretty much bodybuilders who like to train heavy so they've got more of that bodybuilder look i guess. neither one of them has ever done a cycle so they're all natural, for now anyways lol. on a side note, i have pics of my seated calf raise with 6 45's and a 35, but i couldnt hold my phone and get a pic of it at the same time while doing the lift so its just a pic of the machine loaded. thus, i didnt upload that one, but the tren has made my calves strong as fuck for some reason. oh....last pic is me at 21 years old in the bahamas for my wife and I's honeymoon. i think my arms were prolly 21 inches then.

Lookin good bro. By the looks of things I would guess that you probably eat small bodybuilders in your gym to keep that size and strength. If anyone else notices there is no other people in the gym hes at. He ate them all. Jus kidden bro, looks like everythings goin good for ya. I cant imagine what you will look like in 3 to 5 years.

When I was 24, on a great cycle, and had my head screwed on right before i got all screwed up by a really gorgeous, but crazy and sinister woman, I was 6'2 255lbs, and could do 495 5 reps at the end of my flat bench routine. It was the most awesome thing in the world. Had about 8% body fat. I loved every minute of it. Then I got more into the chick than the weights and drifted away from the gym. Have my life back now, and will never make that mistake again. Hopefully I'll be back up there with ya' on those weights by summertime next year. Lookin' good man.

lol thanks for the kind words guys. im on my 8th week of my 20 week cycle right now so hopefully i can continue making gains. im considering staying on through football season next year to see how it goes, and then coming off for about 6 months before i do another cycle. just wanted to say that its awesome being able to talk to the other freaks in the world since I know some of us can kind of feel like outcasts sometimes. this place is kinda like my second home in a way :D
