actually I have been bulking up. Gained 20 lbs since that pic. A little fat though. Not too happy about it but when I cut up next time I should be at 215-220. I'll be happy with that. I've been on a test and eq cycle. 750mgs test E and 600mgs EQ. Takin a-dex for bloat. working pretty good at .25 EOD

im on 500 test E, 400 eq....dbol 30mg ed, at the end i am goin to run winny 50 mg ed....i t ake a dex too....

Aw man, ya gotta add the half inch...that way with shoes on your actually 6'...I do the same thing, 6', almost 6'1" I say...wish I was 6'4" though...
