can anyone tell me how synthergine works as theres no info on their site on why or how it works, I have 'googled' each of the ingredients and they dont seem to be known for their liver protecting properties in fact the info i read indicates they may contain some toxins. I have researched detox and liver protection and the only common ingredient in most that is tested and proven to work is milk thistle (along with various vitamins and amino acids)..., now one of the ingredients in synthergine is known to block arganine absorbsion which we know is an important amino acis we need.
this is just the info ive found from google searches.
I was going to get some but I think I will go for Milk thistle unless anyone can shed some light on this.

AX perfect cycle has 1000mg of NAC, you need that. 600mg milk thistle, you need that. 200mg of ALA need that, too. cost $18/90caps. Take 4 a day.
I've used it for last 3 cycles. It work great. Liver values AOK.

I would definatley suggest Synthergine, but do not know the specifics of the compound. Keep this thread bumped and I'm possitive that Big A will give you a more informed answer........

yeah found that post before..so its suggesting synthergine is the best without question...well there must be good reason for that, I cant find any info that suggests the intake of any of the ingredients have anything to do with liver function or detox

All products by Synthetek were produced to be the best...Big A has posted many times here and obviously on ProM...From my exp. the Protien, Glutamine and B-12 are unbeatable...I can't see with all the other happy customers of his that any of his products wouldn't be the best...Big A is a man of his word...

Yea I don't know if there would be any thing not being able to mix well for ya there but I would assume it would be fine...Anyway it is my understanding that it goes from milk thistle to liv 52's to sythetek's liver protector(milk thistle being the weakest and synthetek being the strongest)...

Some of the people saying synthergine is THE BEST have a, shall we say, financial interest in these products. I'm all for free enterprise, but if I owned the company I'd tell you my stuff was the best too! But they don't even list the ingredients ???....gimme a break...
$60 vs. $18. It's your money, bro.

Quality is what you want waste that $18 and get less than you think bro...Check out what's for real in this small thread from ProM including doggcrap and of course Big A...If the protien is this good then I think the same goes for the rest of his products...BTW trust me I don't benefit from this in any way.

Ingredients are listed on the website as well as on the product itself:
http://www.synthetek.com/Products/Synthergine/synthergine.html
Quick Yahoo/Google search, these are the first results for each ingredient in Synthergine. But I guess some people are lazy and cant' look themselves and others like to spew bullshit when they don't know the facts.
Dig more and you'l find more info:
Arginine HCL - Arginine is required for proper elimination of urea from the body. This occurs through a critical metabolic cycle which detoxifies the body of nitrogen compounds that are manufactured in the liver or by intestinal bacteria action. Subtle impairments of the liver's function can often lead to subclinical symptoms of hyperammonemia, which is the condition of poor excretion of urea. Symptoms of hyperammonemia may include chronic fatigue, headache, irritability, occasional diarrhea or nausea, lack of concentration, mental confusion, and intolerance to various foods, particularly high-protein foods.
Sodium Glucuronate - is a nutritional substance used by the liver to bind to toxins (excess hormones, food additives, cigarette smoke, etc.) and eliminate them from the system. Of all the chemical reactions taking place in the liver cell, the elimination of toxic substances via glucuronate binding is considered the most important. Clinical studies have shown glucuronate supplementation can improve liver function considerably because it reduces stress on the liver and enhances the organ’s ability to detoxify.
Di-isopropylamine Dichloroacetate (DADA) - is a peripheral and cerebral arteriole vasodilator. DADA assists in hepatic detoxification of heavy metals, nitrites, and organophosphates.
DADA provides muscular and hepatic system support in athletic animals, especially during the stress of training and hard physical work, and in the presence of high energy diets. DADA is a potent peripheral and cerebral arteriole vasodilator, and assists in the hepatic detoxification of a number of metallic and chemical metabolites including intoxication by heavy metals, nitrites and organophosphates.
Lysine HCL - one of the 8 essential amino acids. It improves immune system function and it helps tissues regenerate themselves after damage (such as liver tissue after toxin damage)
Methionine HCL - an essential, sulfur-containing amino acid. It is the source of sulfur for numerous compounds in the body, including the amino acids cysteine and taurine. The body uses sulfur to influence hair follicles and promote healthy hair, skin, and nail growth. Sulfur also increases the liver's production of lecithin (which reduces cholesterol), reduces liver fat, protects the kidneys, helps the body to excrete heavy metals, and reduces bladder irritation by regulating the formation of ammonia in the urine. Methionine is a lipotropic - a nutrient that helps prevent fat accumulation in the liver, and usually helps detoxify metabolic wastes and toxins.

thanks BigA , I did indeed search google for each of the ingredients and came up with all sorts of uses but not as you mentioned above, i am in no way trying to dis anything your saying or dis synthetek ( I love there other products),
From all the info ive read it is clear that the only proven lab tested on humans product that is known for its detox effects on the liver is milkthistle, also been know to have been used since 1600's for this purpose.
All the searches on above ingredients showed allsorts of details including lab tests done on animals from rats to horses but not humans and not for helping with liver.... several articles actaully point to the fact that one ingredient is possibly carcinogenic.here just one of them http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=6752894&dopt=Abstract
I know the quality os synthetek products is excellent and was going to order synthergine, just need to be sure im doin the best for my liver cos accutane is so harsh.

Do a heavy oral cycle with milk thistle as your liver aid and then do one with Synthergine and get blood tests done both times and then see which ones show you the liver as being healthy.
All the searches on above ingredients showed allsorts of details including lab tests done on animals from rats to horses but not humans and not for helping with liver....
Most studies were done on animals (mamals) just like any other drug out there. But the drugs work the same in humans just like all the animal steroids work the same in humans.

That link says that 90% of the FAMILY of drugs that DADA is part of can be carcinogenic, not DADA itself. And I have never seen anywhere that DADA itself is carcinogenic and DADA is approved by the Health Departments in many countries as a health aid. This would not happen if it was a carcinogenic compound.

sounds good 2 me.. perhaps il get some milk thistle and take it along with synthergine (cant hurt to use both can it?) or am i just wasting money and should be fine with the synthergine, ive never actually used anything for liver before despite using orals but i think with the accutane its a must.. quite worried about the possible side effects but needs must.
