I want to put on some lean muscle as oppose to mass but need advice on a lean muscle cycle can anyone help me.

Bump everyone. But before anyone even answeres I'm going to have to say, "cutting and bulking on cycle is all in the diet." I stole that qoute from someone else around here :rolleyes: :D (K1)

Ok people here are my stats please help.
Age: 35
Height: 5'9
Weight: 250
Body Fat: don't know, no method to measure.
Cycle Experience: Last two years with sust & test-E, from 250 to 700 mg a week cycle duration 10 wks. last cycle sust 700mg a week & winny 50mg tabs BD eod 13 weeks.
Diet: none just home cooked meals.
Exercise: two body parts per day 6 days a week.
(M&TH chest & back), (T&F shoulders & arms), (W&S legs).

OK you said you want to put on some lean muscle instead of mass and I can see why...You first order of business is to get your diet in check this is the biggest tool... I would suggest that you almost calorie count...is there any alcohol it the diet...if so then cut it out completely for now...Cardio is almost a must and I would say twice a week...Have you been doing the 2 per part workout consistently...

Bump. Without an approx bf% you are either a shredded monster or a big softie. Get your bf measured at a gym or by the electronic tool. It's cheap, but not that accurate. It'll at least tell you what you want to do. IMO AAS is a waste if your bf isn't below 15-16. Get that in check first.
