Week 1 to 10: 500mg of test
wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid
wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid
wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid

I just saw that as a kit on the main site and was wondering if thats really all i would need for a good cycle, or should i get .25mg/day of armimidex and maybe nolva throught the cycle like i was going to plan on?

I just started that same cycle bro, should be all you need. I'm gonna use up the rest of the nolva in that kit, at the start of wk3 and run 10mg/day.

No...You would be better off just saving the nova incase you are gyno prone, that is a very safe cycle.(don not worry so much) Use the clomid for your PCT and save to nova incase you need it, its always nice to have on hand. As far as Adex, leave it alone, you will not need it.

Yea, that is your best bet. If you don't end up using it that is fine, because you are going to need it for a future cycle anyway if you go heavy and start getting bad sides.

ok u sure? bc i was thinking of doing...

10mg/day of noval until week 5 then upping it to 20mg/day until pct then starting pct with 40mg/day like it says , and i was also going to start proviron on the 5th day of my cycle and run it till 25mg/day....then also doing the cycle above...

but what happens if i start getting signs of gyno, does that mean i already have some small amount of bitch tits, or that its just starting and i can keep it from happening?

and also what do u guys feel about 500ui of HcG every week or so to keep the boys normal size , and also what about clen during cycle, i was thinking of starting it for pct, but i have 70 bucks extra i was wondering if i should get some more and do it during the cycle

As this is your first cycle, i would stay with the 10 weeks of test at 500mg and the PCT that is a perfect safe starter cycle. just stay away from sodium, soda ect.. and eat clean and your bloat wont be that bad. id stay away from clen for a bit longer. do this cycle and see how you feel. if you have $70 id buy some Dbol for the next cycle. just my opinion.

I THINK THAT YOU NEED TO STOP WORRYING SO MUCH BRUTHA, keep you cycle simple.........and do not strsrt running all these anti's or you will hinder your gains.

i always say to have nolvadex on hand and use it whenever your nipples get sore or puffy

the only thing that makes my nipples sore or puffy dbol or anadrol
youll know if you need it by how your nipples feel
