Wow!! now that is a little scary brutha, you should have never started a cycle if you don't even have a Idea about working out. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BE WORKING OUT TO YOUR FULLEST EXTENT EVERY TIME BRUTHA. I AM NOT TRYING TO BE HARD ON YOU BRO, BUT THAT IS NOT THE KIND OF QUESTION THAT YOU ASK WHEN TAKING GEAR. YOU WILL LEAVE YOURSELF WIDE OPEN FOR FIRE WITH MANY..............

TAKING GEAR IS NOT A QUICK FIX................

If front is chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps and forarms I would change your workout schedule. Seems like to much work for 1 day.

Dude you are over training, breake your routine up and only do two body parts at the most on a day. for example

mon. chest
tues. legs, calfs
wed . off
thurs. back, shoulderes
fri. bis, tris

and then throw cardio or abs in at the end of your workout or early morning. You can split it up however you want but dont do all upper one day then lower the next. This is just a example of how you can split your routine i would get away from your way though

Hi Guys,
I know this is not exactly in keeping with the thread but I just thought I'd make you all laugh and let you know that for the last 18 months I've trained ONCE a week, every Saturday to be exact, and I only do 1-3 'working' sets per body part.
I use a 4 workout split that sees Chest & Back as workout 1, Legs workouts 2 & 4 and Delts & Arms workout 3.
I literally do workouts 1-4 over a 4 week period and just keep repeating the cyle.
LMAO :) I bet you guys are saying 'no wonder they call him Nutjob'!
Anyway, I've been gear free for the same 18 month period that I've been doing this and have seen some great progress in size and strength and have put on 19 pounds and have kept my waste the same, allbeit without abs :) so it is working.

Well thats me done,

Your nutty Bro,

C nj
