According to Swale, yes use HCG twice a week at small dosages(250-500IU) throughout your entire cycle.

250-500 IUs every 4-5 days, not twice a week, some indivduals take 1,000-3,000 IUs every 4 weeks. Frequent usage of HCG in high doses can damage your LH receptors.
