Stats : Male, 24 yrs, 176lbs, abt 10%BF.
Training for 10years, on gear for 5 years on and off.
Next cycle:
Week 1-15 : Test E 500mg/wk (Total 30ml of 250mg/ml)
Week 1-3 : Dbol 50mg ED (Total 105 tabs of Dbol 10mg/tab)
Week 12-18 : Tren E 100 EOD (Total 20ml of 100mg/ml)
Week 12-18 : Winny 50mg EOD (Total 20 tabs of Winny 50mg/tab)
Week 19 : Nolva 40mg ED
Week 20 : Nolva 20mg ED
Week 21 : Nolva 20mg ED
Nolva on hand in case of Gyno...
Diet : 240g protein ED (90g from Whey isolate)
120 Carbs ED
4g Glutamine
Multivitamin
Training 3 times per week....
Day 1 - Chest & Back
Day 2 - Legs
Day 3 - Shoulders and Arms
What do you guys think of the results obtainable with this cycle.
And if you think that you can change ard with the dosages to make the cycle better, please do..

Is it alright to just run nolva for PCT??
And what kind of results do you think is obtainable with this cycle?
Is the gains easy to maintain with this kind of cycle?

How have you been doing gear for 5 years and your only 176@10% at 5''10... sounds like you need alot of diet and training work

I went up to 220lbs at 8% bf but I went to the army and lost it all. Since entering the army, my cycles were all light cycles of maybe EQ with Oral Turinabol or Tren, Winny And Oral Turanabol. The army service took up all my time and I was unable to eat and train well.
Now, I'm going back on the type of cycles I used to run since I'm out of the army now and back to school. Hope that it can bring me back to the condition I was in before the army.

might want to up your carbs to start but take most of them in early in the day when your metabolism is higher than later in the day and then consume most of your protein late in the day, also glutamine isnt the choice amino acid anymore might want to check it out but i believe its leucine or argenine

Glutamine is a must, esp off cycle. This most abundant amino is also the most important at muscle repair. BCAA's will supply you with Leucine. Take immediately upon waking to rverse your body from catabolic to anabolic. I get my arganine as AAK in an NO product. I use em all on and off cycle.

You need clomid with nolva during pct to help your natural testosterone production
You can make good gains with that cycle as long as you work hard at it, eat right, sleep well and drink lots of water and take your aminos
and keeping your gains is totally up to you maintaining them... most of the dumbasses where I live think when they go on pct, they don't have to work out either, so they lose it all
