Hi guys ,nearly finished my first cycle ,but am already itching to start my next ,whats the standard time between cycles ? i heard something about time on equals time off is that correct or have i been on the pipe to much .

Your right. Time on including pct should equal the same time off.

You should know this unless you really are hittin the pipe...You should also see how much of what you gained you can keep...train hard and still eat well...also see how you look with regards to any bloat(water weight)...don't know what you were cycling though...
