hey guys! i had my fist poke on monday and it went well no pain what soever.. the following day and up until now its really painfull and glute is a bit swollen no disscolouration just a swell!
is this normall for a first shot, please clear my mind thanks in advance.

well what did you shoot? How much? Did you do it yourself? It could be from Needle Movement ect... and yes AAS does hurt a bit and will cause some swelling and redness sometimes.

i injected 2ml / 400mgs of test Cypinate (british dragon) into the glute..
incase u want to know my stats im 21...6ft...85kg...12%bf..

sounds like it was just your first poke... if it gets really red or hot to the touch that is when you should start worrying. 400mg's of test for a first shot probably would hurt a bit, its long estered so it absorbes slower so it will hurt longer than a short esters... short esters are more painfull however.

Ok you can clear your mind, because it should quit hurting in a couple days.

cheers lads thats all i thought it was!! its actually getting better now!! should i inject the other glute tommorrow? saves inecting the sore side?

yes just do your other side of the glute and by the time your ready to inject in your sore side of your glute you should be fine again. i find that it is just the first or second time you inject in a certain muscle that its really painful and then after that its not so bad. if it is still sore then you can always use delts or quads. although i find that quads can hurt a lot more than glutes most of the time
