I need a cycle that doesn't raise my blood pressure too high. I'm taking something to keep it under control, but I'm looking to start a cycle. I have EQ and Ethan but I can't use it. I was thinking of anavar and winny. It's not too harsh and should keep my BP within bounds. It's slow, but I should see some gains off it since it'll be my first. I REALLY hate wasting my virginity on some weak gear, but I don't have much of a choice.

Eq will raise your blood pressure but since this is your are having problems with it how about trying 500mg test per week and 400mg deca? This is a good first cycle, and if your diet is right then you can easly put on 20lbs.

It's my understanding that Test raises BP. I know I want to stay away from the EQ because it increase the Blood volume thus increasing the pressure, but I can' t remember why Test was a factor. I'm pretty sure that anything that retains water will increase my BP. It blows, I know.

With Test E you will retain some water but run some anti E's like 10mg of nolva ed and drink 2 gals of water and your good bro.

I can kinda understand the Nolva, but drinking water to loose water gain? I can't grasp that. Why does that work?

LOL....I guess at first glance it doesn't make very good sense but it's true. The more water you drink the more your body is able to flood the tissue with nutrients. Also sense your body is mostly water including your muscles drinking alot of water is a very good thing.
But back to your original question, by drinking more water than what you need it allows your body to expel more fluid. It doesn't drain the fluid from your muscles but rather takes it away between the layers of fat. Drinking 2 gals of water on a cycle is a must if you want the optimum out of your cycle and to lower excess water weight.

Just mytwo cents.
But if youwant to keep your BP down, then drink plenty of water, bust your ass on cardio, then start the cycle. Only reason why I say so, unless your diet is tight, one potato chip can do yyou in.

I feel your pain bro, my BP is a constant problem on a cycle and hovers in the 145/90 range while taking nothing stronger than an aspirin. I'm in my 30's now and my days of serious cycles and BB are pretty much over but I do like to keep a good physiqe. Here's what I've found you need to completely stay away from to avoid a substantial spike in your BP. Drols, Dbol, EQ, and above all else, Tren. Anavar, Winny and Test in all flavors gave small to moderate but manageable increases in BP. Primobolan and Deca didn't budge the needle. My diet is so-so, I don't eat junk or fried food but probably too much salt and red meat but even when dieting religiously the BP didn't move a whole lot. I used to smoke cigarettes and quitting dropped the diastolic by 10 points almost immediatley but that was it. Oddly enough, the thing that got my blood pressure down to where I no longer needed meds wasn't a change in diet or excercise. It was a change in my attitude. Cut the stress, take time away from the wife, kids, job when it gets to be too much. Best advice I can give.
