I reply quickly to emails, you must be sending to wrong email.

ive been sending them to Alin@heartcable.org basically when you did reply there is a button on the e-mail that says (REPLY) so there is no way ive been sending it wrong because im useing the address you sent me :confused:

If you dont received a reply when others hunderds receive replies from me daily make me think that is your email account

I would like to sinceirly apologize to Alin for my panic, the emails were alittle slow in coming but I did atleast get two auto replys and I did get my first package today 10 days after I placed my order. I recieved an email from Alin stating my order had been cancelled so I began to worry. So I apologize to you Alin, I've done business with you before and will continue to do so God willing for years to come. I am a disabled veteran of the U.S Army and I get disability compensation which isnt much especially living in NYC so the thought of losing several hundred dollars is not good for me. I'll know better for next time and for anyone who doubts Alins delivery, I got my package delivered to me by registered mail in New York no less, you cant buy anything here without someone wanting to know what you are buying. Anyway thank you Alin for coming through for me yet again.

Yes when i e-mail you i get your AUTO-REPLY ,i realize its the HOLIDAYS the busiest time of year so all we can do is have a little PATIENCE.

I also have not recived a reply. and the alinshop.in adress dosent work for me anymore after the agreement page. hasnt for over a week.
