Most likely yess...it is prob. a controlled sustance...but fuck it...as long as you know how to safely use it you should be good...

It is not a controlled substance, but here in the US I had to get a federal license to get it shipped to me, so I just ordered an ass load. Let me know if you need help getting it shipped to you up there.

Can you explain how and why you got the federal lic. and why you imported an ass load of dnp...it just something I've never heard of ...
