hey guys, just wondering about something. back in the day i used to suffer from very bad panic attacks, axiety, depression. i am about to start my first cycle in about 3 yrs, i havent taken paxil or prozac in a long time, but have had a few attacks of late. well i was wondering if taking paxil or prozac would affect my gains. i think i read that prozac and paxil make ppl retain water. also will having juice and paxil or prozac or even both in my system affect the juice, will it hinder gains?, make me go insane? just wondering if anyone had any info or has run into the same problem,...kinda nuts that starting my first cycle is getting me out of depression by itself, im excited, well just wondering thanks again.

I use to take paxil, and I quit taking it for my last cycle. I had better gains on this last cycle, but I had a better appetite while I wasn't using paxil. I was also more motivated when I quit taking paxil so I did better in the gym. The only problem I had was trying to get my ass to go in the gym due to my social anxiety. My anxiety built up from the time I got into my truck till the time I actually walked into the gym. I was breathing like I just ran a marathon. I think youn will be fine on the paxil if you make sure you eat enough food. As for the motivation, your probably motivated as hell this being your first cycle in three years. Good luck bro.

If you have to have it then use it. It won't interfer with the AAS as in a drug reaction.

I would like to say one thing first, never under any circumstances stop taking those type of medications, (paxil/prozac), just because you think they might slow down your gains. These types of medications are designed to alter chemicals in the brain and they need to run their course. Although neither of these drugs are physically addicitive you need to be weened from them by gradually tapering your dose. Sudden and abrupt cessation of these drugs can actually cause the symptoms for which they were originally prescibed, to rebound w/ greater intensity. I feel very strongly about this issue due to experiencing it first hand, it was awful but I made it and you will too. Make sure you and your doc cover this issue thuroughly. And as far as them affecting your gains you should be fine, just make sure you dont go O.J. on someone J/K. Let me know how it goes. -T-
