View Full Version : 4 week Dbol cycle before Army BT
A buddy of mine is leaving for Basic Training for the Army in 4-5 weeks. He weighs about 205lbs 5'10'. 12%bf. He is dead set on doing a cycle before BT. The only gear he has are D-bols and Nolva and Clomid for PCT. I recommended that he take a 3 week cycle of D-bol at 20 or 30 mgs along with 40 mgs of nolva througout and Nolva and clomid for PCT for 7 days.
weeks 1-3 D-bol 30 mgs/day - Nolva 40 mgs/day
weeks 3-4 Nolva 60 mgs/day - Clomid 100 mgs/day wean down on clomid last 3 days.
what do you guys think of that cycle. is one week of Nolva and clomid enough? Nolva is run througout cyle to prevent water retention and gyno. Will the roids be out of his system after 8 days without the dbol?
oh yeah... he has run a couple of cycle in the past. Eq, winni, deca, methyl-dht, d-bol.

I think your friend hasn't got a clue. lol
I say this for three reasons.
The first is because if he is going into Boot then he is probably only around 18 years old and he has enough natural steriods in his body that he doesn't need to supplement with any.
The second is running only d-bol will not do much for him after it leaves his system unless it is followed up by something else. It's a waste of time and gear.
The third is that with the added water weight and the pump effect from d-bol will stay with him for a few weeks. And as much running there is in boot camp I would hate to be his Shins or legs. lol
Oh yeah and the forth reson why this is not a good idea is that var would be a much better steriod to do than d-bol. I don't know about any of you but how many people who run 3 to 5 miles like you do in boot use d-bol.

Well first off hes gonna lose weight in BT. There gonna runthe shit outta his ass and (heavy weight+long runs=shitty). The only thing that hes gonna get outta running dbol is water retention and then hes gonna lose it again. Bump Bucket on the running dbol alone it will be a waste without any test with it. hes better off loading some creatine monohydrate. I am a Marine recently out and when i was in i learned that while in the military any weight gain should be lean muscle mass because you WILL run alot. But I would like to see how someone would develop if they ran say some anavar or tbol and some test while in bootcamp. Alot of excercise and plenty of clean calories.

They would do awesome I'll tell you that! Var is about the best for endurance and lean muscle mass while saving your muscle do to the diet they give you in boot. A person wouldn't be able to eat as much protein as they should while on cycle and the var would defintly help in retaining muscle mass while shedding the fat as well.

I'm in the Army, given it's been 7 years since I went through basic training, I am confindent in telling you that he will be better off spending his last 4 or 5 weeks running. Push Ups/ Sit Ups/ Pull Ups/ no more than a 5 mile run. That will prepare him for the first few weeks. You're on the go alot, so if your not used to it your joints take a beating. If he's in shape already he'll be that much more ahead of the game.
If he's wanting to take the gear because he is worried about passing basic training, tell him not to worry. He will get there and realize that is head and shoulders above 95% of the guys. That is if he already works out regularly. If he tries to add mass only now, his knees are gonna be killing him when all they do is run twice a day. Unless he seriously hurts himself or jsut flat out quits, there is no way in hell that he will fail basic training.
I did a cycle of just sustanon before I went to ranger school, and I regretted the hell out of it. I put on some really good weight. It didn't help, I should have just ran more. 2 minutes of push ups, 2 minutes of sit ups, and a timed 2 mile run. Thats the Army physical fitness test. Pretty easy, then again it has to be because there are alot slugs in the Army who can bearly pass it. Tell him I said good luck.

Theres no way he could get it without getting caught. Well in marine corps boot camp if it feels like anything ohter than a letter they make you open it up right there infront of them so theres no way to hide it.

Paper products would probably work. If you send them like letters, one page at a time. However, I think we are all over looking one very important thing here. While in Basic Training you eat extremely healthy food, however, I don't think you get nearly enough calories and protein to "feed the machine" while on a cycle. You eat 3 times a day, that's it. No shakes or supplements. Nothing like that. And what you eat, at least when I was there, isn't up to you. Sometimes they give the really skinny guys a burger or something near the end but that's it. It's all very healthy food, but like I said, I don't think it is enough.
So when is this guy going, should be soon huh? Probably around the first of the year, man its' gonna be cold. What is his occupation gonna be?

it would be a waste, you would lose everything in basic and you are making things harder on yourself. i would do alot of cardio and the only things I would consider are things like winny. tren. I guess EQ but not DBol
