Advise on test e cycle

I am one week into the following test e cycle (250mg not 500mg)


Week 1 to 10: 500mg of test
wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid
wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid
wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid
Clenbuterol for PCT

what im curious about is should i start with the nolv and clomid in the 11th or wait till the 14th week?
Also when should i run the clenbuterol..isnt this for weight loss?

usually 21 days is left after the last shot of enth before pct

i like to put this time to full advantage by adding short esters like prop (dbol if you dont want too many shots) for the 3 weeks. This keeps the cycle productive right up to pct

Use clen all through the cycle 2 weeks on/off

It can be used as an anti catabolic post cyce but IMO its not all that effective

2 x NOLVADEX 10mg, 100 tabs by ZENNECA
3 x CLOMID 50mg, 10tabs by IP CHINA
1 x CLENBUTEROL 40 mcg by HUBEI PHARM CO (Size: 50 tabs)

This is what i have for pct do i take clomid every day with nolv or is it just once a week? If every day i dont have enough clomid to complete the cycle. and is the clen to be taken every day for two weeks and what dosage?? :confused:

I dont think that you would need both for just a mild cycle, but just follow this chart and you will be fine.

a chart as to when you should start your clomid.


Anadrol/Anapolan: 8 - 12 hours after last administration
Deca: 3 weeks after last injection and clomid for 4 weeks
Dianabol: 4 – 8 hours after last administration
Equipoise: 17 – 21 days after last injection
Fina: 3 days after last injection
Primobolan depot: 10 – 14 days after last injection
Sustanon: 3 weeks after last injection
Testosterone Cypionate: 2 weeks after last injection
Testosterone Enanthate: 2 weeks after last injection
Testosterone Propionate: 3 days after last injection
Testosterone Suspension: 4 – 8 hours after last administration
Winstrol: 8 – 12 hours after last administration
