Hey bros I have a fat girl at my work that needs some help. She's 30 something.(I don't know) She needs to lose weight for her wedding.(when, I don't know but some time from now) I advised her of the clen/T3/eca and diet/trainning just recently along with the synthetek B-12. I will copy her present thingy here: i currently have 4 shots injected 3x a week:

Be careful recommending a clen/T3/eca stack when a person is really fat. It could put them in the hospital. Their heart has to work over time just for normal functional daily activities. I truly believe they have to just put down the fork and do cardio.

I know, she has done a good job with the diet and has been getting thiner but she has taken ephedrine before and had some goo results. I have to find out about the shit she's taking and tell her the best route for what she's doin

Phentermine or Meridia.
Best bet would be tell her to go to a local Dr. for it that way they can Monitor her and she can get it on a legal prescription.
