There seems to be two camps on these two products. LOVE IT! HATE IT!
I have gone back and forth on this for too long. Help me make up my mind :o
Being a 50 year old NOOB, my goal is quality muscle, strength, vascularity, AND MY HEALTH. Done 2 cycles of 1-Test,Dbol. 2-Test,Tbol,Var. Cycle 2 was more productive. Var made me look like I had my whole body liposuctioned. But it's an oral and BP/ lipids went way up. I lost 75% gains 6 weeks later.
I don't want to look like the sta-puffed marshmellow man. But need 10 -15 pounds of solid, quality, keepable, muscle, not water. I can stay on test year round as I am on TRT. I have never done it. 3 months on. 3months off .
OFF SUCKS.
Deca has rep for shrinking your balls down to raisins, and months to recover. BUT it's great for joints. My joints don't hurt and my balls don't get that much use after being married to rhe same women for 25 years... It just happens. :rolleyes:
My next cycle will include;
1- 12 weeks of Test E
1-4 weeks of Adrol
and either NNP or EQ.
standard PCT. of course.
Just when I decide on EQ, I read some shit about it being a weak AAS, etc.
Just when I decide to go with Deca I hear about a guy who's balls shrank to raisins and didn't recover from his cycle for a year.
HELP!!! I gotta pull the trigger and order for my upcoming cycle.

If those are your goals I would go with EQ but you will want to run it for at least 12 weeks and you need to run your Test two weeks longer so that would be 14 weeks of Test and 12 weeks of EQ. Also you should run an AI if you want to don't want to hold water.

I would say that people may get a little more gains off deca but you have to remember that there is more bloat there than Eq. The ones that didn't gain off test and Eq. prob. didn't eat enough. I say for your goals test and eq and a shit load of meat. :D

Bump Ty, EVERYTHING is all in ones diet, period. Gear is just the icing on the cake........

EQ IT IS.
I'll run EQ for 12 weeks at 400 and Test E for 14.
First 4 weeks on Drol have me the most nervous. I'm going for it. If I can't stand sides, I'll switch to Dbol.
May do Var again at the end. That really shreaded my ass. But I hate orals.
Whats best "fat eater" (thermogenic) you would recommend for this cycle?

This is all just my opinion and personal experience. The first time I used EQ I ran it at 400 and hardly saw anything. Most of the gains were from the test so I was one of those guys who thought it was weak. I ran it a couple years later at 600 and had good, lean gains, so I think EQ is very dose dependent on the individual. I use it on all my cutters.
Deca works like a charm for me to bulk. I take adex throughout so I really don't get much bloat from it at all. And it seems to keep working for almost a month after I come off. I also have alot of keeps with it.
They both take a while to kick in for me (about 4 weeks for the deca, 6 for the EQ) but I'm able to run the EQ longer, and will never run deca for 10. 8 seems to be the magic # for me.I kick started w d-bol but hated the bloat, so if you don't want alot of water wt that you will lose ditch the d-bol. I'm ran OT instead on my current, and am pretty satisfied with the results from it. 6 wks @ 40 per day.
And regardless of which one you go with your diet is going to be the biggest determining factor as to how much you gain, how much of it is lean muscle, and how much of it you keep. I know this was alot of info and it prob made you more unsure than before, but I hope it helps somewhat. Good luck.

Thanks for your cycle experience, but I have made up my mind to go with Test, EQ and Anadrol.
adex .25 per day.
By the way I eat TONS of meat. Mostly chicken and steak., eggs, oats, brocholli, red beans&rice, apples, 3 whey shakes/ day. 4000 cals. I'm 200lbs.5'10". 15/16% BF. Is that a clean enough diet? Increasing cardio to 3 days a week HIIT.
I'm not looking for instant results and I know Deca and EQ are not overnight muscle producers. I'm planning on running this cycle at leaset 14 weeks, maybe 16. And "bridge with low dose Test and Var.
I'm not a kid, whicih IS DEFINATELY a contributing factor. I get 7/8 hours of sleep and lift 5 days a week , hard and heavy. The juice IS a MAJOR contributing factor at my age. I am maxed out natty wise. Can't get past 280 on bench, 300 on squat, 170 military, 250 deads. ON CYCLE those numbers each go up by 25-30 pounds. Thanks for input fellas. :)

I wish I could do 1-on 1off but my schedule won't allow it so I do a four day split, 2-0n 1-off 2-on 2-off. I def get better gains than when I used to overtrain 5 days a week.

The cycle is ok, the overall diet is ok (without details...).
About the training schedule my opinion is that 2-0n 1-off 2-on 2-off could be great for meso (superior recovery habilities, moderate metabolism...) but for endo like me you'll give too much rest (Do you know the sloooow metabolism from endo's ?); for ecto the best schedule could be the 1-on 1off (train hard,SHORT and get out the gym like hell..........REST!).
The key is: Adjust all the factors to your specific case.
1- Adapt your diet to your metabolism (phenotype), composition, weight and activities(job,workout).
2- Adapt your workout (lenght, intensity) to your recovery capacities (phenotype...again).
3- Adapt your workout schedule (workout/rest day) to...your phenotype AGAIN!

My favorite AAS (only at it for 9 months) is Tbol. NO sides. Good strength. No BP issues, no headache or bloat. Takes a while to kick in but at least you don't bloat, only to lose all gains (water) like when you stop like Drol/Dbol. Those two seem like a waste, as well as, potentially serious bodily damage.
I think I might do like a frontload of Tbol for a month solo. Then hit the Test, EQ. The East Germans ate Tbol like skittles with great results and virtually no sides.
Tbol is described as a combo Dbol/anavar without their sides. So WTF?
"preload' 4 weeks Tbol 80mg
1-14 500mg test E
1-12 400-600 EQ
1-14 .25 adex
16-18- nolva, aromasin, clomid
Bridge Test E 2 250/week+20/ 40 mg anavar. Low dose maintainance, obviously with regular bloodwork.

"kickstart" not preload the OT. Start it the same time as the eq/test for first 6 weeks. that's what I did my current deca/test cycle. Got gains faster than w/o it and thanks to adex no bloat. 80 sounds high though. Alot of the guys here, including Alin recommended 40-50 so I went w 50.
