...How should I dose it? I am 5'7, 196, 19%BF, lift 4-5 times a week, eat 3,000 calories a day. I dont usually do cardio, but I plan on doing it while cutting. I am going to order the 50mcg tabs in a few months and I am trying to figure out the best way to dose. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you have never done cardio before you can probably reach your goals by doing it 4 times per week. Diet and cardio is all you really need to shed BF. You can't really lose BF very well by diet alone. Try this before running anything.

Plus it will save you some money.

Thanks for the info Bucket, but that's not the question I asked. I have done cardio, but I get stuck at about 11% and I want to get lower. So thanks again. Anyone with the info I requested just let me know.

Sorry about the confusion but your statements don't add up, or I'm missing something. You stated that you don't usually do cardio but then state that you do cardio????

Also you are at 19% bf but get stuck at 11%. To me it seems that you are only trying to cut bf by diet alone which will only give you a fluctuation in bf% like you have. The key to losing bf is diet and cardio. They both go hand in hand and you cannot sacrifice one for the other. Why do you think that "Diets" don't work??? It's because people try and find the easiest way to loss the weight without the effort.

If you want to shed some serious bf and are willing to take some advise I will be more than willing to help you get your diet spot on and your weight training/cardio to help you achieve any and all goals that you have. But I will let you know that at 11% bf is almost ideal unless you are training to compete. At 11% you will have abs and veins. IMO anything lower than this for an extended amount of time is not healthy.

I think in order to build a good physique its half diet and have resistance training, one can look good by just dieting, and one can look good by lifting, put when you combine the 2 is when you reallylook good, i dont put much stock into cardio, but alot of women wont go without it, if so i would suggest doing it first thing in the morning before your morning meal,

as far as T3 is concerned there is plenty of talk about it on this board if you read the posts
