Hi guys ,im soon going to begin my course [got my first present in the post today :) ]

What i wanted to ask is my job involves a fair bit of physical endurance ,lifting heavy packets for 7 hours ,will this effect my bulking course?

Im going to be taking 500mg test C a week with 25mgs dianabol for 4 weeks.

Somewhere i think i heard that too much cardio isnt good if your bulking up. :o

Little worried about best time to start my course as its not like i can jack my job in..lol

I dont see any problem with doing manual labour and bulking. Make sure that your cal. intake is suffiecent. 4000+ or whatever it is that your body needs. When bulking your supposed to stay healthy. Eat clean foods and exercise. Your not supposed to be a couch patatoe!
Like the saying goes...Location! Location! Location! its the same for food. Diet! Diet! Diet! Make sure your diet is in check and you could run around 24/7

Take several small meals with you to work and eat something every break. Try for a meal at least EVERY 2-3 hours..hard physical labor can cause loss of mass gains if nutrition needs are not met.

Yeah thats what i thought Alin,guess ill have to be snacking it 24/7 as my job is very pyhsical.

leeboy ... your body uses carbs for energy, just keep carbo forces with you @ work ... 110g a bottle should be fine

Carbo force is a carb drink you can buy a like GNC or online by the case.

However I did a 10 week bulk cycle with Eq and Test E. I gained 15lbs and still did cardio atleast once a week. I have learned that with my body type I have to do cardio or I put on a gut fast. I am an endomorph. I think a lot of your needs are based on your body type. There are not a lot of endos on the board. But the ones that are endos will agree cardio is still needed.
