Up your water to 1.5 or 2 gallons. Up your potassium and you can also use turrine (SP) as well.

Agreed! You need at the very least a 1 gallon a day when on cycle.

I keep a quart of gatorade next to the bed and drink all night to stay hydrated. Works for me

Try ZMA for cramps or Taurine with bananas for cramps 3-5mg, along with having your water high and you will be fine brutha. Try this link down below to give you a Idea of how much water( its kind of neat)

Wouldn't a can of V8 work as well, reading info on DNP and statement was made stating 1 can of V8 has more potassium than 12 oz of gatorade. AND, what about glycerol? Does it help hydrate the body?

The easiest way to get more potassium is to go to a nutrition store or even walmart in the pharmacy and buy potassium pills. Months ago I started to have problems cramping during high intensity walks. I started taking the potassium pills, and I havn't had a cramp since.
