My local P.O. provides additional services when you lease a P.O. Box. Signing for registered mail is one of those services. This service is usually directed toward "business" P.O. Boxes. Check at your local P.O. and ask about additional services provided. Thanks for reminding me too! I have to renew my lease on my box.
