I have been on the phone for 2 and a half hours with nextel trying to switch from sprint to them, they f'd up royally and now I have been hung up on 2 times waiting for a supervisor and sent to a phone tree the last time waiting for one. I am seriously about to goddamn explode :mad: :mad: :mad:

I know but I like the plans and phoned nextel has much more. It's complicated but here goes. I have 2 phones that I have had for 2 years. sprint gives money towards a new phone after 18 moinths, since i switched the numbers from one phone to another that 18 months started over and I need new phones. by going to nextel I get cheaper new phones.... ya dig?

I dig brother. It makes you want to buy a long range rife and find a nice cozy apartment building to occupy. ;)

I have had more problems with nextel over the years and was one of their first clients 8 or 9 years ago. My first phone with them weighed 5lbs I think. LOL I think I'm actually going to stwich. But then again I've been saying that for a while now.

I say stick it out at this point, I never had any issues with sprint and i would still be with them if I liked any phones they had. I think when the merger is complete with the 2 it will be good to go.

I feel your pain brotha. I was an at&t wireless customer until cingular bought them out a few months ago, my service is the best out there but my bill is all sorts of wack now. My last monthly cell bill was almost 2 G's when I had never paid more than $150 bones in a single month w/ att. I shit myslef. Luckily I had most of the charges reversed but my apt. walls were not as fortunate. I went WW3 on them.
