will running just dbol for 6-8 weeks with a good diet then switching to anadrol after for about 3-6 weeks put on just water not actual muscle im wondering because i already have stuff on the way and i was told i didnt need any injec test and now ive read otherwise and im broke until i can get big and start bouncing again? sorry for all the questions

As long as you have good insurance and a spare liver, then I would say run it. J/K

My advise would be to read and study as much as you can before even thinking about doing any type of AAS.

One or the other to start a cycle(with test). Water gain is temporary and not the best for your body....Taxes your liver,heart, and most other organs.
BUMP for the other guys posts.....read up and save the tabs for a well planned cycle.

i thank you guys for letting me know this tuff ive been doing research and i was making sure the articles werent lying on other forums but you guys say the same thanks i will run test and dbol with antis and liver aids what test is good for newbie looking for mass and power?

hell yeah,
im 6'0" 170 lbs, im no amateur though i used to weigh 200 lbs before i ever took time off. i can now only bench 225lbs for reps of 3-5, i can curl 135lbs 6-8 reps, so im no weakling for my light weight. i can deal with shooting up twice a week. and the place i really need to focus is my legs they are week. so what is best inj for me

Well lets start with the basics bro. I'm guessing your BF is low with your heigh and weight. Before we talk about gear though how about giving me your age, current diet (You can list everything you eat during the day, including times but you need to be totally honest) and workout routine.

Post these up and lets get you growing brother!

only run orals like dbol and anadrol for 4-6 wks at time without break.

day to day i eat about 40 oz of venison chops, 12 oz of patatoes, too much pasta to keep track of but about 4 servings of spagetti noodles dry about twice a day, and 4 serving size can of tuna with crakers spread out during the day.

Ok so you are 6' and weigh 170. I did not catch your age yet but you should know that diet is 85% of BB. Your current diet is not all that good. No offense but you REALLY need to be eating. At you weight you should be consuming 340grams of protein EVERY DAY! And around 550 grams of clean carbs per day, but don't forget about the healthy fats as well.

If you consider that each gram of protein = 6 cals, each gram of carbs = 6 cals and each gram of fat = 9 cals. So you should be adding all of this up and dividing it into 7 or 8 meals per day, everyday. The main reason why you weight 170 lbs is that you are not eating enough. My advise before you start a cycle to get your diet nailed down tight or you will be wasting your money on gear that will not make you grow.

If you have to you can incorporate protein shakes if you find you can not eat 8 meals a day but your diet should mainly consist of regular meals. I know this might be alot of info but there is one more thing about protein intake. The first thing you need to do when you wake up in the morning is to drink a fast acting protein shake. You have been sleeping for 8 hours and your body has been without protein for this long. What your body will do is begin to cannibalize the muscle tissue and hinder you from growing. The protein you take during the day will sustain your growth. What I mean by this is that after you workout you have a 3 hour window to cram as much protein in you as possible. Immediately after your weight training session drink a fast acting protein shake (Preferable on that has low carbs and at least 40 grams per serving) and then eat every hour after that until your 3 hour window is up. This is the time that your body will flood the muscle tissue with the protein you take in.

Again diet is EVERYTHING. If you don't get this right then you will not see progress no matter how much gear you take or how much time you spend pushing iron.

Oh yeah I still need your age brother. ;)

oh sorry my age is 20. yeah i started to eat more im not even taking creatine yet and have put on quality mass. 177 lbs in 1 week. from 170. but anyway yeah thanks for the info i appreciate whatever the pros haev to offer.

It's all about food brother. :)

But to give you a heads up. You have enough natural test to fuel 3 thirty year olds. You would be money ahead to work on your diet. At your age you can pack on a extreme amount of muscle mass almost as is you were running a cycle but without the sides and exspence.

Don't wanna be a dick, as Bucket is right on, but it's 4cal/gram of Protein/Carbs. Just wanted to make sure this guy doesnt screw up his diet, lol.

thanks for the heads up but ive taken dbol before two different 8 week cycles and anadrol about 1 year later for 3 weeks. but when i took just dbol i kept my gains just fine. but the anadrol wasted my body away after a short period whys that and because of this is my test lower than norm. its been months since i took anything.

You have lot of tunning to do brutha, your diet needs some serious work and all the guys are just trying to help you.

Nobody...."I mean Nobody keeps gains" from dall or anadrol brutha, its just not humanly possible "for anyone" almost everything that you get from dball/anadrol is water weight.....................

ok so i already wasted my money on the stuff you said i dont need it right. well i got alot to get rid of and no idea how? my towns pretty small noone lifts seriuosly. can you help me out at all as to any forums that will freely let me ask peeps if theyll buy anywheres on the web. if not oh well ill hold on to it all and wait till im in shape and order some test en. im definetly going to get my diet back to where it needs to be and it wont take long and then me and a buddy are going to get some real gear. i miss that rush dbol gave me and my bud said test put the muscle right on him. and im going to do it right and take test with dbol niether alone. well any in fo you can shed upon me that can help ill listen to you know your shit and i trust your words

LOL No your cool bro. I have read many articles that label it anywhere from 4 to 6 grams for carbs/protien and 7 to 9 for fats.

I'm sure it's somehere around there..........Well until a new study comes out.LOL

Sure I can give you a million legit boards to get rid of your dball, but if I were you I would keep it for a future cycle(dbll is great, I would never get rid if it) If you ever need help with putting together a cycle, than just give me a holar brutha.
