I've been on TRT for about 8 months (200 mgs Test C per week) I drink plenty of water and my routine consists of 25 min cardio in the AM and weight lifting and 25 min cardio in the PM. I lift 3 days on one day off.

Recently I've started to retain a lot of water weight and was wondering what the best way is to combat the retention?

Any suggestions you have would be great.

Well, armidex should do the job at least for a couple of months. For the long run I'm not positive right now. One of my bros should know though plus I have the day off and I might as well do some research anyways. :D

Yeah I've been trying to find some information on long term usage or TRT for some time, but nothing pertains to someone not coming off cycle.

I appreciate the response.

Thanks that looks like a winner, two questions.

I did some research on dosage and some say 1.25 eod and some even .5 e 3rd day.

Should I start out at the lowest dosage every 3rd day and see how that works?

I also have some Clomid that I got from Alin in the mailing contest he had a few months back...would that do anything in the mean time?

You should use some Arimidex daily. With your 200mg/wk Test dose,,,0.25mg Arimidex daily should be good place to start.

For the purposes of TRT you should take Arimidex 0.25mg every third day. If you start to lose morning wood (Or lose your libido) it means your E2 (Estrogen) has fallen too low, in which case you stop take the Arimidex until you get your morning wood back. This is a common protocol used for TRT. Make sure your doctor knows that you are taking it because your E2 should be monitored. People on TRT suffer from higher levels of E2. You should aim to get your levles between 20 and 30.

What about Femara? It's cheaper and the dosage is a lot lower. I have read you can take .5 mg a day and get the same effects.

Any thoughts on Femara?

It CAN be cheaper but this isn't always the case. Although I have no experience, I've heard that the side effects are a bit harsh, and for TRT (You're on this for life) you don't want that. I say stick with Ari
