I have changed the pop up blocker in the tools box and have even tried turinnig it off. Also there is an icon on my screen that will turn red when a pop up is blocked. I found by clicking on it that it will change and say "Site pop-ups allowed. I thought I had everything figured out but apparently not. It still gives me a blup sound when trying to use the Manage attatchments button. I'm not sure if this is enough info for you to go on but any help is greatly appreciated.

go into Add & Remove programs within Control Panel and remove all additional popup blockers. You are having conflicting blocker issues. Windows XP is trying to handle one while the others are interfering with it. alot of toolbars nowadays have built in blockers. Remove ALL popup blockers, Tool bars, Search bars, etc. Then in Internet Explorer from the top go to Tools/Internet Options, then click the [Advanced] tab. Within that scroll down just a little bit and UNCHECK the box that says "Allow third-party borwser extensions (requires restart)". Reboot your PC and let me know how it turns out. The blurb is normal from Internet Explorer, but like I said, the others are interfering. The Internet Explorer buiolt in blocker can be temporarily disabled while clicking a link by holding the [CTRL] button down once you do reboot after the steps listed above.

Will do by tomorrow. I need to get some sleep in a sec. I tried holding down the control key and it still doesn't work. I will try your previous suggestion. Thanks Kais! :)

I tried holding down the control key and it still doesn't work.
I know that won't work in your current state because other popup blockers interfere. Remove the others and it should start working again.

Damn, Kais you da man! :D So far so good. I did everything except the last part in Tools/ internet options/Advanced Tab only cause I couldn't find a box that was or related to uncheck "Allow third-party browser extensions (requires restart)." Anyways I restarted and what do ya know...I click on manage attatchments as a test and it works so far. :D Thanks once again Kais! :D :D
Edit: I didn't even have to hold down the Ctrl key.

Glad to help my man. My instructions by default always diagnose to a fuller extent than what is usually needed. But they are safe instructions. I am glad things are working out for you.
