I just ordered some clen and cytomel(T3) from alin i want to run it here at the end of my cycle, i have never ran either before so i was wondering if you guys could help out my t3 cycle will go like this:


Days 1-4...................25mcg/day
Days 5-8...................50 "
Days 9-12.................75 "
Days 13-16...............100 "
Days 17-20...............75 "
Days 21-24...............50 "
Days 25-28...............25 "

I may hold the 100mcg for longer but i will have to see how i feel at that point.

I know that most reccomend upping your clen doses slowly so how will i do this if i only want to go for two days on and two days off. any hlep would be appreciated!

Your T3 ramp up and ramp down looks good to me, but wait for other suggestions. As far as clen I have ran it 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. 2 days on and 2 days off just seemed annoying. I'd suggest ramping up the clen as you would do the T3.

Run your t3 with your cycle because you will need some AAS to keep your muscle tissue and run your clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off during your pct. On the two weeks off you can run an eca as well. You will need to supplement with some turine with your clen run as well.

Id second that T3 is better during cycle. Unlike clen, T3 has a negative impact on muscle development that will be irrevelant during a cycle. Plus I've read that T3 speeds up your system so you muscles rebuild faster. I Read that from Anabolics 2005, seems logical. They also said that if you start clen right at PCT, for the first 18 days it will help reduce cortisol levels since clen competes with cortisol to attach at the receptors. and after 18 days it still burns fat but it stops reducing cortisol levels.

Yeah i will run it with 600mgs of test a week seems like everyone is saying to run the clen on a two weekd cycle instead of two days. I have the eca to use when i am not on the clen. Could someone help me and show me how to run the clen on a two week on and off cycle. i was thinking of going up to 100 or 120mgs with it depending on how i felt. Also i have read about people using clen during there off time just to help keep the body fat down some have any of you ever tried it

Hooker i read your article and all it explained was what clen can be used for it did not mention anything about doses or time.

I use clen @ 5omg ED for two weeks starting PCT...really helps. This is what has been suggested as the "theiaputic PCT dosage" and seem to work well for me...and it helps me as I very slowly start to taper my eating. If you've never done clen before you need to ramp up from say 10mg ED...the sides can be scary the first few days, but it subsides. Iv'e never used Clen in a cutter or as a "fat burner" alone, only as a PCT anti-cortisol helper, and the two week on/off at a low'ish dose really works.

VERY GOOD IDEA to taper the T3 up and then back down.
