i am new to this forum and new to gear. i have been training for about 4 years (natuarlly) and just recently finished a 16 week cycl. i started with test only for 4 wks, then took one week off and started test and deca for 8 weeks, and then took one week off. 4 wks ago i started EQ and sust.

starting wt was 200 @ 15% bf and now i am at 220 at about 15% bf. my diet has not been tight, my focus was to eliminate sugar and focus on getting enough protein to grow. strength has gone way up and the gear seems to be working.
i guess my question is how do you know if what you are using is at the strength it should be? are the gains i have made normal? before starting i researched and checked out my contact, but i guess i am courious if anyone can lend some insight into my sitch and let me knw if i am on the right track or if the gains i have made are not in line with what they sould be.

Don't take this wrong brutha, but have some good fixings to do, the way that you ran that 16 week cycle is not ethical. In addition, you are never going to know your potential until you learn your nutrition. Your gains probably could have been alot better if you new how to eat. If I were you I would really reseach on diets before your next cycle.

JUST REMEMBER THIS...JUICE ISN'T A MAGIC PILL, IT NEEDS ALOT OF GOOD NUTRITION TO REALLY GIVE YOU THE BEST OF THE BEST.

so here is the plan and please help with advice.
i have two more wks with eq and sust. one week ago i started a pre contest diet in preparation of pct ( i want to lower my bf). i will continue with this diet for a total of six weeks. 4000 cals 75% protein, 20% carbs and 5% fat.
after six weeks i am thinking about one of two cycles.
1) tren and deca
2) Alin newbie gold

your input would be appreciated

ps i should add i have my blood work done 4 times per year and i work with my doctor to make sure i am healthy. to date my chol lev is acceptable and i have no other problems. no side effects, lucky i guess lol

1). Listen to what MICK told you.
2). You need to wait for more than 4 weeks before starting your next cycle. Time on = time off!
