Hormone replacement therapy....

Okay...its been a while since I worked out....My liver has caused all sorts of side effect of the virus I have. I probally shouldn't even be doing anabolics. but I load up on sever liver protectors....don't use the 17-alkoloid shit...only mild injectables....And my doctor already perscibes me test....

Now this is something I could never understand or get a straigt anwer to...

If I did a cycyle..would I need PCT if I never stop taking test and probally never will. When I stop I get so Depressed that I can't get out of be for months....it sucks....I told the doctor that if he ever took me off of it again I would have a lawyer here withing the Hour...do to the effect it has on my depression......He got the picture....now he is after me to get of of Methadone.......Every Time that is the first thing he sayes...have you gone down on you dose yet......I want to ring his neck...


SO to the original question? Do I need PCT if I am on HRT and probally will be for life....

(please no lectures on Liver problems and cycles....I said I may never do one again...I have to way the risks....Plus I am going to try treatment again with the new Interferon.....Not looking forward to that.....It suck....equall to chemo treatment I have hear...)

No you will not need pct if you are permanitly on hrt. If you do a cycle then lower your dose back down to your hrt and you will be fine. I would however suggest finistride or another dht blocker if you are going to be on test the rest of your life. It will slow down the effects that the test will have on your prostate.

Also the only way to get off of methodone is to find a clinic that puts you into a semi comma for two weeks till the point of death. So far this is the only thing that I have heard of to get people off of it.

Ask your Doc about Buprenorphine. The success rate is far better than methadone. Once things begin to work then ask about a TRUE antagonist like naltrexone to get your life back.

No lectures here either...BUT what does the latest liver biopsy show? The liver has no nerves so the biopsy is pretty painless. It is suggested that you lay around for 2 hours after to assure nothing was nicked.

Liver....3 biopsy's Little to No Fibrorsis....

As for methadone....I don't want to get off it right now....I really need a pain Clinic...the 104 degree fever (of unknown origin..jerks that when then can't tell you what the F is wrong with you....) Plus Possible Fibro Mialga (spelling)...Calve pain that makes waking up a flight of stairs like climbing everest.....

So If I could get switched over....which the Methadone doctor said I should do and he call my PC plus I have been absolutly compliant (no dirty urines, did every thing they asked at the clinc for 8 year) that my counseler is going to write me a letter or recommendation to that effect...she see the pain I am in..but every time I see my PC the first question out of his mouth is Droping the dose on you Methadone...If he refuse to let me see a pain DR. then there is alway the Lawyer route.....The Bastard actuall told me I think you are too young to be on disability....HELLO....I'm 40 and Disabled and you can't tell me why WHAT DON"T YOU GET. 6 months of an infectous disease specialist...plus about 5 other specialist ranging from every funtion of the body. That putting you to sleep thing is about 4000 $ Insurance does not pay and it doesn't work well with methadone which stayes in your system for 36 hours. I have heard HORROR stories...

Bupo what ever..forget about it....the doctors if you can find on charge you $150 just to write the script...even if you have INS....they think it is there right since they went to school a few extra weeks of took a class...then you have to buy the stuff......


Good so No PCT..not that I will ever see a gym again..well hopefully...I am telling my shrink that the pain has made me a hermit I can't leave my house (which is true) And I a taking (on a bad day about 4 -5 days a week 800mg IB, 1000mg Tylnol (excuse the spelling) A BS in computer engineering and I can't spell for shit...but talk Fourier series or Lappase transforms and I get it..but spelling doesn't happen..

Moral to the story DON't SHARE your Needle...I know a lot of Juicer who are doing just that....FOOLS.....I never shared and if I had to I bleached..but something went wrong....Than god it was on Hep...not that it is a good thing but it could have been worse...

Oh just wanted to add this....

People don't realize that you can get hep-c from snorting coke with infected person if you are sharing the straw....think about it....you he sticks it in his nose may nick the side and get a little blood on it then you do the same thing.

SCARRY stuff...I know some one who thinks he got it that way.....

Again moral of the story....never share anything......with anyone...these days you don't know what you are going to get.....

Just wanted to add a comment about catching hep. C from a $ bill. The easiest way to catch hep. a and b is from a bill, wich can carry in it for a very long time, you could have that bill in your pocket for a month. About the methadone, I used to bang dope and both parents have hep. c, been to a couple inpatient centers too. If you go to inpatient or try to kick cold turkey you need to be careful because you can go into seizures depending how high the dose. Also, if your willpower is strong enough you can kick it without the help of other drugs, you just gotta grab your nuts and toughen up a little but it's real hard to do. Finally about you hep. treatment and comparing it to chemo therapy, I wouldn't say that it is that bad, I've seen my parents take it and a lot of my friends. Don't get me wrong brotha, your gonna feel horrible on it, real tired almost to the point of passing out, nausea, fatigue all the good stuff. But good luck to ya, and if you can find a way out of it there is a lot more life waiting for you when you get clean.
