are there any steds that can imporve your muscular endurance over size and strength
(just as backround i haev doena ddbol/deca/test e and winny cycle for 14weeks in tottal and gained very well)
but i am up to my desired weight now and want to improve muscular endurance
anyone have a ny suggestions!!!

Cardio itself will help your muscular endurance out...

i do cardio 3-6times a week i basically mean in terms of chin up etc body weight exercises and higher rep lifting i can bench 160kg and run a mile 6min 30sec(not terible but could be better i know) but i cant do 15chin ups or 20 sips i know it may have something to do with my bodyweight which currently is 220lbs but still i think my cv enduracne is fine but it terms of upper body muscular endurance it is something i was wondering if there was nay juice out there that could help
thiking along the lines of what is any a 400meter runner would take over say a sprinter or would be the only thing he work on it naturally till i get there.

The first thing I will say is,"I dont care who you are, doing chin-ups is hell, no matter what weight you are" THAT IS A EXERCICE THAT MUST BE PRACTICED ON A REGULAR BASIS. PLUS I AM SURE THAT YOU WEIGHING 220LB DON'T HELP :D BUT IF YOU WANT TO KNOW SOMETHING THAT WILL HELP OUT ANY ENDURANCE, THE FIRST THING THAT COMES TO MIND ABOUT JUICE IS ANAVAR
Many people from bodybuilders to runners take it for endurance

Hi bro,
You could try using pre exhaust, your endurance will go up but you do run the risk of getting bigger along with it!
Also, using static holds and multi-point holds will increase your endurance.

var it is i was thinking of that tbh if i were to run it along side either test e @ 500mg pw or prop at 100-150mg eod would that help/worsen or be indifferent to my fitness levels

IF YOU ARE NOT WORIED ABOUT THE BLOT THEN I WOULD GO WITH THE TEST E, BUT IF YOU ARE WORRIED I WOULD STICK WITH THE PROP

how badly will the bloat affect my running i would rather do 8-10weeks of twice weekly shots than ed/eod shot tbh, i think we all would
will prop have any sides on my running??
my fitness went to pot on my first cycle prob bcos i did very little and the bdols and deca i dont hink helped matters

will prop have any sides on my running?? If you dont like that many injection than I would stick with the longer acting esters,because prop has to be shot more often to keep your blood levels more even. But Prop will be better off for your running.(damn if you do, and damn if you dont :D )

I would'nt worry about the bloat affecting your endurance too much, it's just water but if that's a concern def. go w/prop if you can handle the injects (they get easier w/ practice). In my experience Clen was an asskicker when it came to the endurance your looking for.
