What is a good amount of time to take between cycles if you have been on a Deca, Test E cycle for about 13 weeks with PCT using clomid for 2 weeks. No gyno or need for HCG. One month?? More??? What do most guys do now? Thanks for the help.

I would jump right on something else, like eq and winny

Eq and Winny? I have never tried that. What about receptor sites and recovering them? Guess it dosent know the difference if you are using something completely different. Cool, thanks for the input.

NO!!!!

The rule of thumb that we use is "time on, time off" But many people like myself can start much sooner, because I have had blood work done and learned myself. If you dont get blood work done, then follow our rule of thumb.

Ya i was assuming from what you wrote you were not recovering from any side effects from the test E, the 2 things i would be most concerned about is blood pressure and cholesteral, if you have been on test E for 13weeks they may very well be elevated, my advise about going to EQ & winny was under the assumption you are healthy

Listen to Mick bro, He is right. Time on = time off! Once you become more experienced then you can adjust!

Just make sure that you include your PCT as part of your time off(it counts)
