COULD SOME ONE PLEASE CLARAFIE >ok i ordered BD AROMASIN AT 20mg a tab from the A man what is the correct dosage to take for reduceing water retention and bloat ect im going to be running a cycle of test enth at 500mg a week for 10 weeks some say 10 mg ed some say 20mged also what is the correct way to take it i read some where that you have to dissolve in water :confused: cheers any help would be appreciated.

You will be fine by breaking the tab in half. (Half tab a day)
500mg a week is nothing to be concerned about.
Control your carbohaydrate intake because this is what causes the bloat that you are feeling.

Personally, I like Arimidex during a cycle, and I reccomend Aromasin for use during PCT...I hope links are alright to post, because here's my last piece on the subject:
