I just joined up here after seeing a few threads about Alin on fitnessgeared...

I'm 5'10" 285lbs(currently), I've been training since Nov of 1988. This year is the first time I used gear. Loved the results...I went from 260lbs to 285lbs. I hope to learn more about gear, training, and fat loss...

I don't mind at all...MRTHNHMN stands for "More Than Human"...I have cruised on several boards since last year reading about experiences in journals that people have gone through using gear and it all basically came down to becoming "More Than Human". So instead of just watching I decided to join the game...and damn I love the results.
