Went to support my training partner down in Georgia he took second in the welter-weights and JoseRaymond barely beet him, and I totally dissagree with that B.S. he had him !The only thing that I thought looked better than Abu's was his hams when he hit that side chest his hams hung down very nicelly.Abu destroyed him from behind with killer muscle bellyies and detail in his back and also Abu was drier and had a better upper body. Jose and tricky both claim there natural both winning there divisions ,I think the judges are tired of seeing them myself,dont get me wrong both of these guys are great guys but personalaties dont win pro cards there bodys do, and there lies to other up and coming body-builders that so called advice they give is also B.S.thats why they are where they are now?did Jay- Ronnie-and the rest of the pros make those strong statements to?---NOT---The sad thing is now they have to live with that in the IFBB....I dont think so!
