View Full Version : Keeping Gains - Cycle Help

All things being equal; Diet, PCT, exercise, which cycle would be better at maintaining gains afterwards with proper PCT.

Cycle #1
Weeks 1-10 500mg Test En
Weeks 1-12 400mg EQ (see alot of people recommending 600mg/week)
Weeks 7-12 50mg Winny
PCT Weeks 13-15 Nolva/Clomid

Cycle #2
Weeks 1-12 500mg Test E
Weeks 1-10 400mg Deca
Weeks 7-12 50mg Winny
PCT Weeks 13-15 Nolva/Clomid

Two previous cycles. Last one almost two years ago.
1st - Test Only 10 Week (Started with T400 OUCH!!! went to Enan to get rid of the pain and the lumps that nasty stuff gave ya!)
2nd - Sustanon 500mg/week with dbol 30-40mgs Weeks 1-4 (Saw great results keep about 1/2 the gains. Got very little bloat, but did get low back pain while on the dbol.

195lbs (was up to around 215 on last cycle, but came down after ending dbol
currently at 16%bf.

Currently at a rut in the gym and gonna hop on the gear again. Not seeing the gains and to be honest missing the tight shirts/sleeves etc... and the strength increases.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Well if your doing another bulk cycle you need about 4500-5000 calories, I would recommend 350-400g's of protien and high complex carbs like about 300g's... alot of people that bulk take a ton of protien but not enough carbs so their body just eats from one muscle to build another. Take in good fats like olive oil, almonds, fish... ect.

Maybe you need to just step up your diet and workouts if your in a rut... whats your routine look like? Do you change it up often?
