Hi everyone, this is my first time posting, Im thinkig of getting alins 8 week bulking cycle.here is what it consist of.

WEEKS 1- 6: Methanabol 30mg Every Day
WEEKS 1- 8: Deca Durabolin 400mg Per Week
WEEKS 1- 8: Sustanon 750mg Per Week
WEEKS 1-10: Arimidex 0.25mg Every Day
WEEKS 1-10: HCG 300-500iu Every 4-5 Days

WEEK 11 : 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid
WEEK 12 : 30mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid
WEEK 13: 20mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid


I'm a 27 year old male 5'10 and 160lbs soken wet. Im a lil basterd! I've been this weight througout my 20's. I've been working out on and off for years without a real big difference in weight,or size even when i hit it hard.

My goal is to gain 30 lbs and some size. I do have some questions so any input would be much appreciated.


*GYNO- what are my chances?,how severe does it get?,how to prevent or get rid of?

*MOODSWINGS- are they common? and how severe can they get.

*SMOKING- will nicatine effect my cycle?

*ACNE- how bad? and where on the body does it mostly occur?


I appologize if im asking so many question i just would like to hear them answered by someone with experiance.Any advice on my situation or the cycle i have chosen would mean alot TY.

If this is your first cycle I would stick to only 2 drugs in order to keep receptor sights fresh for future play. Sus. 500 mg/wk and 20-30 mg/day of dbol should be enough to reach your goal. Run anti-e's and post cycle therapy as you listed. As far as the sides go, that's usually different w/ everybody. I would suspect a certain level of agressiveness and acne w/ any mass building cycle. As far as mood-swings are concerned if your natural disposition is aggresive I would just make a concious note to keep yourself in check but if your a pretty chill guy I would'nt sweat it too much. But what the hell are you smoking for? That's a killer. Throw in a copenhagen or something man! Remember to be patient, work your ass off, eat right and stay 100% commited to your goal. Drugs are only part of the equation. Good luck

Dude, this is way too much juice for a first time cycle. If you`ve never drunk alchol before in your life do you need to down a fifth to get drunk? No, a six pack will do just fine. Am I right?

Question one: Have you already purchased the above mentioned injectables?

Question two: What is your goal - just mass? If so how much?

My first cycle was a nice test/deca/winny cycle - loved it. Doses were small and results great.

My second cycle was 8 weeks sust 250 once per week again gains were great.

Key point to remember here is that your receptors are in a VIRGIN state. You could merely 250mg of cyp/wk and get better results than most of us vets injecting 500-750mg of the same. Don`t worry about getting big fast- you will get big fast. What`s more important is protecting yourself for your next cycle... and the one after that... and the ones after that.

I know a guy who has is Pro card and he would stand out in front of the gym smoking, it made me laugh because all these kids that were coming in lifting with hopes of someday being huge, saw him out there smoking.
