I’m starting the newbie gold cycle and the instructions are a little bit vague! So, let me know if I got this right.

-“Week 1 to 13: 10mg Nolvadex� That’s a tab every day.

-“Week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ� and “Week 1 to 10: 500mg TEST� These two are both oil base and can be combine together. Should I take it all once a week or split it in two, half on Monday and the other half on Thursday for exemple?

-“wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid� That’s 4 nolvas and 2 clomids a day.

-“wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid� That’s 3 nolvas and one clomid a day.

-“wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid� That’s 2 nolvas and one clomid a day.

One more thing, it’s says Week 1 to 13: 10mg Nolvadex and Week 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid. That’s 50mg of nolva on the 13th week, is that correct or is it a typo, week 1 to 12: 10mg of nolva and then week 13 40mg of nolva?

Any other pointers?

Eq and Test can be combined in one shot. Dose should be split in half and done as suggested above.

You are correct about PCT.

40 mg of nolva a day is plenty during week 13. Take 10 mg a day weeks 1 - 12.
