If you are running Windows XP and you click on a link and it blurbs a noise out it is probably because it has Service Pack 2 on it stopping pop-ups. Try holding the "Control" button down while clicking on the link, it should open in new window. If you want to "trust" a site all the time so you dont have to hold the "Control" button down, click "Tools -> Pop-up Blocker -> Pop-up Blocker Settings" type in something like "alinboard.com" and click the add button.

I'll listen to music on the way to the gym cranked up, but once I'm training, I kinda zone out, and don't notice the music too much. I like the sound of the weights. Try it...if you listen hard enough, you can actually HEAR yourself growing!
Whatever it takes to get it going, right?

Bartoks Concerto in D minor - abs
Beethovens 9th - shoulders
a little Pucini for my light Bench days
and who could do heavy days with anything louder than Mozarts concerto for Flute
You are all so rugged it makes me want to stop juice!

I listen to the same AC/DC live CD every time I lift. Back in high school a big guy used to put that shit on every day and go crazy. I just got used to it and always love it.

LD 50 is a cool name for an album/CD. LD 50 is the scientific term used when testing drug toxicity. It is the (lethal) dosage that will kill 50 percent of the test subjects, hence LD 50.

Why would I listen to a pussy-rock band like disturbed when I could listen to something heavy?
No, im not "down with the sickness" especially when its as soft as disturbed.

For us softies, that would be Orffs' Carmina Burana
Fortune plango vulnera I bemoan the wounds of Fortune
stillantibus ocellis with weeping eyes,
quod sua michi munera for the gifts she made me
subtrahit rebellis. she perversely takes away.
Verum est, quod legitur, It is written in truth,
fronte capillata, that she has a fine head of hair,
sed plerumque sequitur but, when it comes to seizing an opportunity
Occasio calvata. she is bald.
In Fortune solio On Fortune's throne
sederam elatus, I used to sit raised up,
prosperitatis vario crowned with
flore coronatus; the many-coloured flowers of prosperity;
quicquid enim florui though I may have flourished
felix et beatus, happy and blessed,
nunc a summo corrui now I fall from the peak
gloria privatus. deprived of glory.
Fortune rota volvitur: The wheel of Fortune turns;
descendo minoratus; I go down, demeaned;
alter in altum tollitur; another is raised up;
nimis exaltatus far too high up
rex sedet in vertice sits the king at the summit -
caveat ruinam! let him fear ruin!
nam sub axe legimus for under the axis is written
Hecubam reginam. Queen Hecuba.
From what I undestand of the whole thing, it is about the rape a pillage of nuns by the Germans....pretty hard-core...makes your metal stuff sound like the theme tune to Happy Days!!! Go Fonzies go :D
