To anyone with a bit of wisdom. I have done two cycles a while back (I think sus, equipoise, and deca), I remember how to take it. But I am getting fat man/or woman:), gravity is catching up with me. Can someone recommend a really good cycle to trim the fat and put on some lean mass? I'd greatly appreciate it. there's so much stuff out there, so many different names, I don't know where to begin. I know I am asking a lot, but I need to do it right. Also, can I buy it from Alin's shop? One more thing I have a really bad back, I mean bad, have almost the whole thing fused, was paralyzed for some time, I know how to workout, but maybe something to help my joints/muscles recover faster?

Thanks guys!

Slow down Bro, While giving advice isn't what I do, I want to stress to you how important it is you get on a regular excercise program/diet before you even considering gearing up. Contrary to alot of popular opinion out there on the net gear doesn't heal injuries, while in some cases it can help cover them up, it in most cases will aggravate them (whether you feel it or not). Get to a point where you can excercise without pain and are losing weight slowly and steadily. Then consider HGH on a fat cutting regimen. From the way you describe your condition I can't see any way where gear helps you. Just don't want to see you get hurt again bro.

Good call on the sticky. I'ts always better to research an answer and know what it means and why then blindly taking someones word for it, as truth.

Gotta bump the others on this

There is NO magic pill or cycle.

I see far too many spend hard earned $$$ and not work out or watch their diet and end up worse off.

BUMP.... nothing beats the research. Just wondering how long you have been working out, what caused the injuries, what things can you do, or not do. Rmemeber if your injured, you go NO WHERE. Start with a clean workout again for several weeks, steadily improve your diet as well, just get back into the groove, maybe try some standard products(creatine, glutamine) and after four months or so, you will have a work/diet habit established, have some RESEARCH on the books, and THEN the board will give you some very sound advice. The board is new, but I see alot of good sensible guys and advice on here.

if i had to recomend a solid cycle I would say:

wk 1-9: Anavar 20-80mg e/d (your body weight x .125 will give you mg dose for anavar)

wk1-9: Test Prop 50mg e/d
wk1-9: Nandrolone phenylpropionate 100mg eod
wk1-9: Masteron 100mg eod

wk1-9: Arimidex .25mg eod

pct:

wk10-12: Clomid 100mg ed, 50mg ed, 25mg ed
wk10-12: nolvadex 60mg ed, 40mg ed, 20mg ed

you can tweak what you want....Masteron may not be necassary, but when i use it enhances my fat loss and get my muscles looking very hard, it also keeps progestin levels and estrogen lvls down!

this should get you in some good shape and lean you out if you eat right!!!!! If not stick with the classic t-3/clen cycle to shred some fat........dont think your exp. enough to use tren.

Read up on how to diet for a contest, generally its a 90 day diet, if your real fat it may be a bit longer, 90 days of your life is not that great of a sacrifice, drugs like clen, t3 , ephedrine, can help a little but when it all comes down to it its the diet. :)

Research is the key! I gotta give props to all who answered this thread. You guys are saying what i find myself telling everyone else that has less experience. READREADREAD! I spend more time reading and learning about what im doing than actually doing the workouts! Except maybe eating and playing with my girl! Everyone here seems to have a wealth of knowledge that all of us (old and new) can benefit from. I have seen a few of you 'around' and i'm glad we came together to support this board! Keep up the great work my bruthas. :D

As w/ most of you, lifting has become a way of life. I enjoy researching sites like this. It's important for all of us interested in performance enhancing "goods" to be as informed as possible. Especially when health and well-being is concerned.

How about diet, cardio and getting in shape for at least 6 months and the consider it.....

Now if you want something safe...Stay away from t-3 and clen.....

Try an ECA stack which is pretty good and a whole lot safer....

all these guys r right dude.. you got to get that BF down and get to eating right and exercising once u do that then u might think bout a t3/clen..i would recomend winstrol but if ur back is all messed up you might feel like u were paralyzed again using winstrol lol test prop would be a good one too but bro get ur BF down and get back into shape before you do anything with gear...and RESEARCH!!!!

I couldn't agree with you more, BigDogG !! We all want to get big, but health and safety have to come first.

yo man you gotta do more reading on these drugs than a bookworm nerd does in the corner of a library that has a bicep that weighs less than my nuts after i do a cycle with a gram of test per week in it :D

Chris-
I'm not much on giving advice to anyone, because everyone is different, BUT for me, shedding fat largely comes from changes I make in the kitchen, not in my cycle or in the gym (although cardio will help too). Just my .02 cents
Good luck bro!
