Arimidex helps keep the bloat down. I wait a couple weeks into a cycle then take .5mg EOD(every other day)til the end

Here is a little example how you incorperate it.

wks 1 - 4 - 40mg dbol ED
wks 1 - 10 - 500mg test enth
wks 1 - 10 - 400mg eq

wks 1 - 12 - 20mg nolvadex ED
wks 1 - 12 - .5mg Arimidex ED
